Bedfordshire County Netball – C Award Umpiring Course

Sunday 31st March 2019  |  10am – 4.00pm (9.45am for registration). Venue: Stratton Upper School Biggleswade SG18 8JB

Course Aim: To progress umpires knowledge of rules and umpire’s competencies  

Outcomes: 

• To be able to apply the rules and control the game by:
  • Penalising correctly infringements of the rules
  • Correct use of the whistle, voice, terminology and hand signals
  • Positioning and movement
  • Appearance and manner
  • To identify the requirement for the EN C Award
  • To prepare candidates for the C assessing process
