Congratulations to Sam Brightman, Bedford’s Sports Coach of the Year
On the 10th December Bedford Sports Awards held their annual event. It was a fantastic night with Netball featuring in almost every category. On the night there was also an motivational question and answer session lead by Maggie Jackson. This featured inspirational women within the County, 2 of which were netballers Ellie Rattu and Bethany Dix who have both achieved high levels of success within the sport.
Well done to all the nominees on the night: Claire Southam, Heather Nolan, Ellie Rattu, Lottie Robinson, Hayley Mackella, Holly James & Dominika Pawlik. A huge congratulations has to go to Sam Brightman who picked up Bedford’s Sports Coach of the Year Award against a tough line up of fantastic coaches. Thank you to Bedford Borough Sports for a wonderful night celebrating sport in Bedford!
